Scaring my neighbors with a spooky Halloween scarecrow
Guest post written by Annie Carlson

I know that it's a little strange, but one of the things that I love about Halloween is scaring other people. I'm not talking about giving people nightmares or sending them into panic attacks. My husband really hates it, so I try not to scare him too much. He also refuses to watch any of my scary movies with me during the month of October. I thought that we were missing a spooky yard decoration though, so I decided to make a scary looking scarecrow.

While I was online looking up some ideas for it, I ran across some internet service providers in my area and after I looked through it some I decided to change over our home internet service to one of these providers.

I had the idea to make it myself and I got my husband to help me rig it up on a stake in our front yard to make it look a little more authentic. I think I could tell that he thought it was very spooky, so I knew that I was doing my job then if it worked on him!

Photographers deal in things which are continually vanishing and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth which can make them come back again.
